The Facility

Competition-Grade Equipment

ZOR Fitness isn't a franchise with rows of identical machines. It's a warehouse gym outfitted with the same competition-grade equipment you'll find on a national platform. Pick a category to see what's on the floor.

Categories

IPF-approved competition racks with adjustable height and removable benches — the same setup you'll squat and bench on at a sanctioned meet. Pair with power bars and calibrated plates.

Details

Dedicated pull stations with wood inserts and rubber tiles — more room to deadlift without waiting on the platforms already on the floor.

USASL-certified competition dip bar with adjustable width — the standard for weighted dips and streetlifting meet prep. Clip in with a weighted belt.

Power racks for heavy squats, bench, and weighted calisthenics — safety arms and band pegs, and enough of them that you are not waiting.

Details

Full Rogue rig outside the building, open to the public — train pull-ups and dips in the sun, free, anytime.

Meet-grade combo racks for squat and bench — drop-in competition bench and squat safeties, the same style used at sanctioned meets. In addition to the Rogue combo racks already on the floor.

The FinalRep-certified dip station European streetlifting championships compete on: 20 numbered width positions and heavy enough to stand on its own. Train dips on the exact station you'll meet on the platform.

“I was in town for a Streetlifting event and stopped by a few times to get some work in. The guys running the gym are very passionate about fitness and are accommodating for their members/visitors. They also have experience in many different sports and disciplines. When I walked in I could tell the owners knew what they were doing with the layout. There are 4 areas in the gym that cover different aspects of training/fitness. The left side of the gym has several Rep Fitness squat racks which cover your general strength training needs. Immediately to your right when you walk in is the functional training area which has cable towers, bands, jump ropes, dumbbells, etc. Adjacent to that is the indoor calisthenics rig. This area is where you can train and practice a multitude of calisthenics disciplines. From the basics like pull ups and dips, to more dynamic and static movements. In the far corner of the gym is the power lifting area which has multiple combo racks, deadlift platforms, and calibrated plates. Perfect if you are a dedicated powerlifter This gym also has a lot of speciality equipment. Including but not limited to, SSB Bar, cambered bar, adjustable width dip station, modular rack attachments, belt squat machine and so on. I was told they are planning to add more speciality machines in the near future. As great as the equipment is, what really captured me was the overall aesthetic. High ceilings for the spatial feel, overhead lighting, epoxy flooring at the entrance, and several murals that are very professionally done. The Goku and Vegeta mural really got me hype when I was bench pressing. All this being said, this gym is ultimately a union of different fitness cultures within the Denver area. Instead of clashing with each other, they seem to exist together harmoniously within the facility. the community in the gym is tight knit and very supportive of each others goals and fitness ambitions. Highly recommend if you want to commit to long term membership, or even if you’re in town for a short stay”

“Top-tier Denver gym if you’re serious about training. This place covers everything—power lifting gym, calisthenics gym, and even Hyrox-style training. Fully loaded with REP Fitness equipment, calibrated plates, and a solid combo rack setup. Huge bonus is the 24/7 access, plus recovery options like sauna and cold plunge. They’ve got classes, a run club, and an outdoor park with a calisthenics park, which is rare to find all in one spot. If you’re looking for a complete gym in Denver that actually delivers, this is it.”

“This gym in Denver Colorado is fantastic! I have been searching for a gym that offers calibrated plates in my area, as well as primarily free weight based equipment. This gym has it all! The cherry on top is that I can access the gym 24/7 which is very helpful to work around my schedule.”

“Been with these guys for almost a year now, the level of love they have for all their members is something I haven’t found in any other gym. Everyone really pushes you to improve and beat your PRs. If you want to stop searching and want to start becoming a new person, or even want to be part of a new community I promise you won’t regret it here!”
